Rostropovich Charity and Support Foundation

Maestra Mūza Rubackytė and young talents

9th Vilnius Piano Festival

The cooperation of the Artistic Director of the Vilnius Piano Festival, Mūza Rubackytė, with young soloists under the auspices of the Rostropovich Charity and Support Foundation „Help for Lithuanian Children“ has become a beautiful tradition. The young performers took part in the very first Vilnius Piano Festival, as Professor Rubackytė has been taking care of them since the foundation's foundation was founded.

„We feel it is important to encourage and support young music at all stages of its development,“ says Rubackytė. Although all the young talents playing in this concert are laureates of numerous national and international youth competitions, such performances at a prominent festival inspire the performers themselves, their teachers and parents, give determination and meaning to their dedicated work, and give the audience the opportunity to see and hear the future of Lithuanian music.
